Because we provide digital products including game top-ups, game currencies, gift cards, CD-Keys, and other virtual goods, refund eligibility differs from physical products. 1. Refund Eligibility

  • Successfully delivered virtual products.

Digital products become immediately usable after delivery and therefore cannot usually be returned.

Opening a chargeback while an order is actively being investigated may delay resolution and could temporarily suspend related customer accounts until the review has been completed.
